Policies

We gladly accept exchanges on specified items* within 7 days of the date of delivery. Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis. If your request is approved, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Items should be in sellable condition, free of damage, and returned in original packaging.
 

*Made to order anklets, bracelets, necklaces and body chains may be exchanged for another size within 7 days of the date of delivery. Hand-sculpted RINGS may be returned strictly for the purpose of re-sizing. Additional fee may apply.

Sale items, crystals, home decor, hand sculpted pieces, and one of a kind creations (i.e themed collection items) are FINAL SALE and may NOT be returned for any reason.
 

To request an exchange, please contact orders@gildedgrotto.com. Be sure to include your name and original order number in the subject.

Cancellations

At this time, we do not accept order cancellations, however, once your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact us if you decide you would like to exchange an item for another item OF EQUAL VALUE.

Please contact orders@gildedgrotto.com for any order change requests. Include your name, original order number, and the items you would like to swap.

Currently, all domestic parcels are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Orders are typically shipped after the 10-14 day processing window.

Orders ship out every FRIDAY, but, in some instances, it may take up to two weeks to complete an order before it is shipped. If you’re crunched for time and need your drip sooner, contact us BEFORE placing your order at orders@gildedgrotto.com 

 

*please be sure to check and DOUBLE CHECK your mailing address during checkout. We know you’re typing a mile a minute because you’re super excited to order your piece, but address typos may delay the shipment and/or delivery of your order. 

 

International Shipping

International orders are shipped primarily via USPS FIRST CLASS.

International shipping times may vary, so please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. Any customs fees or taxes associated with international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. Please research your country’s customs regulations before placing your order, as certain countries restrict the import of jewelry.

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and payment installment plans through Afterpay.

Unfortunately, due to the unique, one of a kind nature of Gilded Grotto pieces, we can not be held responsible for stolen packages, lost packages, delayed packages,  or packages delivered by USPS to an incorrect address.  In the event that your tracking information indicates your package has been “delivered”, but it is nowhere to be found, follow these steps BEFORE contacting us:

Take a deep breath…….deeper……..deeper…. okay you’re ready now.

Contact your local post office IMMEDIATELY. The sooner the better.

Ask roommates, relatives, and anyone else with access to your home if they may have taken your package in.

If you live in a multi unit home with 1/2 or quarter address numbers, double check with your neighbors to see if the delivery courier may have delivered it at their address by mistake.

If you received your item and it was damaged in transit, you can email us at orders@gildegrotto.com and we will do our best to address and resolve the issue.
