Shipping - UPDATED: 03.01.2021


Unfortunately, due to the recent and frequent instances of unreliability displayed by delivery services, Gilded Grotto will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment. In the event that you have not received your order, but the tracking information is displayed as "Delivered", please contact your local Post office FIRST and then notify us that your order is missing.
Please be sure to check and DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address during check out. We know you're typing a mile a minute and you're super excited to order your piece, but any typos in your address will delay the shipment of your order.

Orders ship out every Friday, but in some instances, they may take up to two weeks to complete. If you absolutely have to have your beloved item sooner, please contact us before purchasing so we can determine if it is possible and we can make the necessary arrangements

International Shipping

International shipping times may vary, so please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. any fees or taxes associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. Please research your country’s customs regulations before making your purchase, as some countries restrict the import of jewelry. the seller will not be held responsible for items that may be held up by customs. Unfortunately, we are unable to track international shipments with USPS First Class.

Exchanges

The Grotto gladly accepts exchanges within 5 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please email gildedgrottojewelry@gmail.com.
*Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis. If your request is approved. Safety of the piece during return shipment and Shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Items should be in resaleable condition, unworn, free of any damages, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping labels are not provided for returns, and all exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Please note that all custom orders, sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
If for any reason you received your item and it was damaged in transit, you can email us at support@gildegrotto.com and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Changes and/or cancellations can not be made once your order has been placed. Exchanges may be made within the 5 day exchange window.

Every Grotto creation is wearable art and should be worn with love and care.Once in your possession, you are responsible for the safety and wear and tear of your piece.

Care

  • Some crystals may be fragile and may crack or chip if not worn with caution.
  • Avoid getting sculpted pieces wet. Take sculpted jewelry off when showering, exercising, or swimming.

Repairs

* If a sculpted piece breaks, cracks or chips, repairs may be made on a case by case basis.

If the item was purchased within the last 2 months and we have confirmed we are able to repair the item, there is a 10% repair fee. If the item was purchased over 2 months ago, there is a 20% repair fee.
There are no replacements , repairs, or exchanges offered for jewelry with broken STONES.
All sales are final.
